Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Foreman to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP installations and maintenance tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead MEP teams in installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align MEP activities with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in MEP systems within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license.

- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير وأنظمة السلامة.
- التنسيق مع مدراء المشاريع الآخرين لمواءمة أنشطة ال MEP مع الجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للعمل المنجز والمواد المستخدمة.
المؤهلات:
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في تخصصات الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو الأعمال الصحية (السباكة).
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في أنظمة الكهروميكانيك في قطاع الإنشاءات.
- إجادة قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية والمخططات.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارة فريق قوية.
